1. Informational purposes only

DipSense provides market data and statistical sentiment indicators (including the "Panic Index") for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

2. No warranty

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Investment risk

Investing involves substantial risk, including loss of principal. You alone are responsible for your decisions.

4. Subscriptions

Membership is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DipSense shall not be liable for any losses arising from use of the app.
